How Does the Post Colonial
Establishment Maintain Control of the Muslim World In the Age of Imaginary
Independence?
----------------------
Introduction - There is no Independence only a Neo-Colonial Secular Order
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
After the period of direct colonial rule over many of the Muslim lands when
their was a gradual granting of 'independence', many Muslims believed the days
of liberation from foreign oppression from disbelievers had come to an end and
that now they could gradually build their countries and live as Muslims. This
erroneous assumption was due to not understanding the nature of the conflict
between truth and falsehood and Islam and kufr, as demonstrated by Quranic
information and historical experience.
Indeed when the disbelieving nations abandoned direct rule over the Muslim
lands, this was not because they wanted to allow the Muslims to live an Islamic
way of life and neither because they had sought repenatance from their own
aggression and plunder. Rather it was due to them having already engineered the
social, economic and political conditions whereby they could leave the
maintenance of their foreign interests in domestic hands, at least as a facade
of domestic self-rule.
It should be remembbered in this context, that the original conditions which
made possible the invasions and direct rule of the colonialists over Muslim
lands was due to the neglect of the Islamic laws and beliefs in the Muslim world
in the first place. They did not invade immediately but only after a gradual
process of subversion and deteriation which took place over several centuries
through a range of means. The numerous sub-causes of decline of the Islamic
civilisation though is not our subject here, although understanding the current
subject fully is impossible without this related study.
It is important to understand that when these colonial nations and secular
anti-Islamic forces left the Muslim world, they had an elaborate process of
control to take its place both by what they left in those countries and by what
they continued to create globally in terms of organizations and mechanisms, open
and hidden.
Without understanding this fact, Muslims today may make the fatal error of
considering that working to establish Dar al Islam and revive the Islamic way of
life is as simple as overthrowing one of the National governments that took the
place of the once untied Khilaafah ruling system that politically united the
people throughout the Muslim world. Indeed, the struggle to establish Dar al
Islam today and to revive Islamic civilisation is not just a struggle against
the tyrannical regime under which a Muslim finds himself. It should be realised
that the former clonizing State has originally established foreign interests in
the Muslim world and has then maintained these interests by a range of
alliances, collaborations and schemes.
The playing field of the struggle between Islam and Kufr is no longer confined
to isolated geographical regions but rather it has expnaded to the whole world,
Muslims being present the world over and enemies of Islam being present the
world-over.
We take the example of Afghanistan, where the Taleban managed to seize power in
the 1990's attempting to bring about Islamic law. The Taleban among other
Muslims, found that they not only had to combat the disbelieving forces in their
own country, but were fighting factions supported by former Soviet occupiers and
other than them. The former leader, recognised by the United Nations and
pleading for their support had invoked the global oligarchy of secular powers to
oppose any Islamic rule in the area. The global forces of secular media
continued to oppose Islamic law for the region and eventually the previous
colonialist Britain along with the new Imperialist and openly anti-Islamic
government of the U.S.A. invaded with the assistance of dozens of European and
Asian nations.
We also see the example of the F.I.S. in Algeria, who had won an electoral
victory only to be then brutally opposed by the military regime supported by the
former colonizing France and further indirectly supported by Britain who pursues
Natural Gas interests through the mega corporation BP. The United Nations not
being a tool of peace and national sovereignty but a tool of secular imperialism
collectively agreed to do nothing despite its claim of being pro-democratic,
despite the open support from France to crush the results of the electoral
process.
The Muslims of Bosnia also found that there war was not just defended themselves
against the Serbs but it was also the arms embargoes placed upon Muslims by
Britain, and other European Nations who of course have Royal ties with the Serbs
and whose supposed 'mediators' maintained economic interests in the former
Yugoslavia, Lord Carrington [Mediator for the Balkans conflict] reportedly
having ties to Serbian car companies. The Serbs were of course also supported by
her long term ally Russia, so that the forces of anti-Islam orchestrated a
situation where Muslims were disarmed while the aggressor Serbia was armed.
However, when the efforts of the Mujaahideen looked like Serbians were in danger
of losing the superpowers of the U.N. intervened so that a protectorate secular
state could be established thus blocking any Islamic revival in the area.
These few examples make clear that any government in the Muslim world, even
though labelling itself with independence is actually not so. It is only a mask
worn to placate the ignorant and misguided nationalists. In reality the former
colonizing State maintains an indirect control as do the other forces of the
secular establishment via multi-national corporations, financial institutions,
global political structures and other covert alliances. As soon as a reginon
where the oligarchy has material and ideological interests is threatened, then
an immediate process is activated where they will seek to enforce their will to
ensure the continuity of their global order.
Below are just a few of the mechanisms of maintaining control of the Muslim
world and its resources:-
Wars of 'Liberation'
--------------------
Allah (swt) says, “And they will never stop fighting you until they turn you
back from your deen if they can. And whoever of you turns back from his deen and
dies as a disbeliever, then his deeds will be lost in this life and the
hereafter and they will be dwellers of the Fire. They will abide therein
forever.” (al Baqarah 2:217)
The old colonial invasions have not stopped but carry on under new terminology.
The Muslim world gets invaded in order to:-
i) Prevent the establishment of Islamic governance by which the world can see
the supreme example of living Islam.
ii) Extract vital resources that foreign nations are dependent upon
iii) Set up new dictators, even by means of doctored elections in order to
comply with the objectives of the invadin force
iv) Set up military bases in order to attack other regions of 'instability'
(i.e. resistance to neo-colonization)
v) Send a warning to any attemtpting to overthrow a despotic regime that
opposition to the global status quo of evil will not be tolerated
vi) Pretend that all of this occupation, theft and murder is actually a gesture
of help and concern for Muslim populations. Thereby, outrageously using it as a
political bargaining tool for the ignorant.
vii) Dismantling any infrastructure, economic and material progress which leads
a country to economic and military independence or even competition with the
neo-colonizing states. (We see this for instance in the gradual destruction of
Iraq through regular bombing for over a decade in addition to the ecnomic
sanctions, Iraq previously was relatively prosperous. We see also the same
threat presented to Iran due to its economic independence due to Nuclear
progress).
Support for Tyrannical Rulers
-----------------------------
Allah (swt) says “And thus We have set up in every town great ones of its
wicked people to plot [liyamkuroo] therein. But they plot [yamkuroona] not
except against their ownselves and they perceive it not.” (al Ana’m 6:123)
Tyrannical governments in the Muslim world serve the purpose of ensuring the
flow of resources out of the Muslim world and enforcing the brutal, torturous
and murderous measures to prevent the people establishing an Islamic system. At
times of neo-colonial invasion, the puppet rulers also assist these large scale
murders of Muslims by giving military and logistical assistance to the foreign
disbelieving armies. So we see for instance that the invasion of Iraq although
instigated by a Superpower against an impoverished country and third world
condition army, took place with a coalition of over thirty countries.
Oil Companies & Other Mining Companies
--------------------------------------
Allah (swt) says "And when it is said to them 'Make not corruption on the
earth' they say 'We are only making beneficial reform.' Verily they are the
corrupters but they perceive it not." (al baqarah 2:11-12)
The industrialised secular establishment is totally dependent upon minerals, oil
and its by-products which reside in the Muslim world. Through mining
corporations and oil companies a secular elite can preserve its own life by a
relationship which is just presented as 'free trade' and the 'open market'.
However when the relationships are closely analysed we see that the relationship
is not one of free trade but rather one of disproportionate influence followed
by control then theft.
The Muslim world's oil is not controlled by its domestic populations, neither
directly, not by means of genuine representatives. The resources are controlled
by external agents and maintained by domestic accomplices who also derive a
personal benefit for their treachery.
A oil company or mining company creates the impression of a government dealing
with a private trader disconnected from foreign elites and interests of foreign
governments but in reality, neo-imperial or neo-colonial nations are hand in
hand with such corporations. This is such that if a corporation is not getting
the price or co-operation necessary then they can call on the support of their
ties to domestic government. The relationship between the Bush (Junior and
Senior) presidencies, oil companies and the two major wars against Iraq are now
public knowledge, , Bush Junior's Republican campaign benefitting from $48 from
the petro-chemical industry, but often overlooked are all the other oil
companies relations with government foreign military and financial policies.
Exxon-Mobil which controls the largest oil-pharmaceutical refinery in America,
in Bush's Houston-Texas, has operations thoughout the Muslim world (Chad for
instance taking over from French oil giant Elf, though France maintains a
military relationship with the dictatorial regime and has troops and other
French citizens posted to ensure the benefit derived from its 'former' colony).
Due to the presence of its citizens working for such companies the foreign
government has an excuse always to intervene in the country as well as conduct
operations through its intelligence officials.
Help in Building 'Democratic Institutions'
-----------------------------------------
Allah (swt) says, “They intend to put out the light of Allah with their
mouths. But Allah will bring his Light to perfection even if the disbelievers
hate it.” (as Saff 61:8)
Building democratic institutions translates as building control mechanisms.
Education, media, civlil liberties and other forms of social, economic and
cultural influence are means of maintaining a secularist ideology in favour of
the former colonizing power and its sister structures.
The Muslim world's domestic controlling elites all emanate from the American,
British and other european run schools or they were 'educated' in those
countries.
Freemasonry
-----------
Allah (swt) says “Verily najwaa [covert meetings] are only from shaytaan in
order that he may cause grief to the believers. But he can not harm them in the
least, except as Allah permits. And in Allah let the believers put their trust.”
(al Mujaadilah 58:10)
The european colonialists such as Britain, France, Spain and Portugal did not
colonise countries without also creating domestic political elites compliant
with their own material and ideological interests. One of the main means to
achieve this was by spreading covert fraternities such as Freemasonry to act as
a cohesive between the former colonialist establishment and the domestic face of
the colonised state and a cohesive to the colonised states various institutions.
In France where the political establishment is dominated by Freemasonry after
its masonic secular revolution against Monarchy, Church and religion the masonic
fraternity was extended to its colonies in order to maintain an unseen link and
give motivation for States to remain compliant, due to the fell of elitism. This
process was spread even more so by Britain, whose own political, judicial,
medical, military and law enforcement institutions are flooded with Freemasonry
(one only needs to witness the masonic symbolism which saturate official
buildings).
The separation of religion and State, which freemasonry targets is of course the
opposite of the Islamic political viewpoint and so masonry with its deceptive
rhetoric of 'equality, fraternity, liberty, relief' is ideal for misleading the
public into a subverted masonic control while they imagine that the institutions
work in their interest. In truth it maintains power for the few at the expense
of the majority in secular system which have no fixed criteria of
accountability.
United Nations
--------------
Allah (swt) says "And the disbelievers are awliyaa' [protectors, allies,
supporters] of one another and unless you do so there will be calamities on the
earth and great corruption." (al Anfaal 8:73)
The United Nations was set up as successor to the League of Nations after the
second world war with the declared aim of preventing war and settling
international disputes in a peaceful manner. The reality however is that the UN
is a tool of imperialism and war for the superpowers and major european nations
in the pursuit of secular ideological interests and economic gain.
Whenever a government such as the U.S.A. wants to initiate an invasion, then
there is just a few procedures of legitimization taken through the UN.
Similarly, the UN also justifies the blatantly oppressive measures by allowing
five major powers the right of veto, that is immunity from laws they impose on
others.
The united nations is also a method of gathering global resources and
infrastructure to serve the goals of the secular elite, the UN possessing many
organs of social, economic and political control.
These facts are continuously demonstrated by the UN's acceptance of Israeli
aggression against Palestinian Muslims, and the UN's acceptance of the various
invasions instigated by the USA.
World Bank/International Monetary Fund
--------------------------------------
Allah (swt) says, “Verily those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder
(men) from the Path of Allah, and so will they continue to spend it, but in the
end it will become a regret [hasrah] for them. Then they will be overcome [yughlaboon].”
(al Anfaal 8:36)
The global financial institutions are a means of making mega-profits to fund
global projects in favour of the global secular oligarchy. Their relationship
with the former colonized states is that the countries become endebted to these
financial institutions and then this debt becomes a means of political and
social control over them. The bank can put conditions on loans such as the need
to implement various social and education programs.
Humanitarian Aid
----------------
Humanitarian aid is some times a means of introducing spies into a country, more
importantly however, humanitarian aid is a doorway to social and then political
interference in a country. The downfall of the Uthmaani Sultaniyyah was assisted
by the infiltration of groups coming in the guise of humanitarian aid. This was
combined with infiltration of other groups for 'human progress' such as
scientific associations, who claimed to be donating material progress. However,
such groups would also pass views contradictory to the Islamic beliefs and laws
and contradictory to the Islamic political viewpoint as a whole. We see this
trend continued today with humanitarian groups, opposing the concept of Islamic
laws and punishments and general social laws of segregation of the sexes.
Christian missionaries and medical associations would also come claiming to
provide medical relief or assistance to their own fellow christians, but this
would quickly turn into covert propagation. We see this trend has moved on with
military officials as well as the U.S. president in the recent invasion of Iraq
openly declaring their support for missionary organisations.
The existence of the humanitarian aid groups also allows the governments of the
countries where the groups originate to intervene for the sake of protecting
their foreign nationals who have fallen into trouble in the countries they have
travelled to.
Reconstruction after Conflict
-----------------------------
Allah (swt) says, “And let not their wealth or their children dazzle you in
reality Allah’s desire is to punish them with these things in the life of this
world, and that their souls shall depart while they are disbelievers.” (at
Tawbah 9:85)
One way to extract resources from a country while simultaneously exercising
control over infrastructure is to invade a country and destroy the
infrastructure so that the invading coalition can rebuild it in its own image.
Not only do they plan the new infrastructure to serve its own economic, military
and ideological purposes but they are also paid by the wealth of the country
they have made derelict. We see in the recent invasion of Iraq the ties of Vice
President Dick Cheney with the Bechtel and Halliburton corporations who were
contracted for much of the rebuilding of Iraq.
Multi National Corporations
---------------------------
Allah (swt) says, “Arrogant in the land and plotting evil [makras sayyi’i].
But the evil plot [al makrus sayyu’] encompasses only him who makes it. Then,
can they expect anything (else) but the Sunnah of the Peoples of old? So no
change will you find in Allah’s Sunnah and no turning off will you find in
Allah’s Sunnah.” (Faatir 35:43)
Multi national corporations such as Nike, McDonalds, IBM, Microsoft etc hold
such sway over the economies of Muslim countries that they can almost play a
direct role in Economic policies. However, it is not only the cheap virtual
slave labour and extraction of natural resources that multinationals benefit
from in the Muslim world. The large corporations come with a whole advertising
culture which contradicts the Islamic viewpoint, which serves not only to
dismantle the social and cultural heritage of the Muslim world but which also
helps to mould people's opinions in order to buy their products. Anyone who has
been to Bangladesh, Pakistan and similar countries can not help to notice the
dense crowds of poverty stricken and suffering people marching past the towering
advertisements which occupy all directions. A dream is promised while the crowds
are in a nightmare.
The Arms Trade
--------------
Allah (swt) says, "They fight not against you even together, except in
fortified townships, or from behind walls. Their enmity among themselves is very
great. You would think they were united, but their hearts are divided that is
because they are a people who understand not." (al Hashr 59:14)
Although the disbelieving elites make alliances against the Muslim world they
due to their own selfishness and interests disagree in methods of combatting the
Muslim world and they often compete against each other for potential spoils.
They compete economically and in other means each interest group like a wolf
tearing away meat for itself. Abu Hurairah said, I heard the Prophet saying to
Thawban, "O Thawban, what will you do when the nations call one another to
invade you as people call one another to come and eat from one bowl? Thawban
said, May my father and my mother be sacrificed for you. O Messenger of Allah!
Is it because we are so few The Prophet said, No, on that day you (Muslims) will
be many, but Allah will put weakness (wahn) in your hearts." The people
asked, What is that weakness, O Messenger of Allah? He said, "It is love for
this world and dislike of fighting." (AHMAD and in a version of ABU DAWOOD
"...dislike of death.")
In order to keep a country weak and instable, European and American governments
allow private arms manufacturers (who also supply those European and American
governments) to supply conflicts with the necessary arms to prolong an internal
conflict, sometimes this is indirectly achieved through an intermediary trading
country which is outside the scrutiny of European and American governmental
institutions.
This is also a way in which Euro/American government or the arms companies can
test out their new military hardware, at the expense of Muslim blood which they
see as the the cheapest.
The weakening of the infrastructure and resources of a country is not only
restricted to internal conflict but it is also takes the form of supplying both
sides in a conflict between neighbouring states. This is regularly seen in
Africa and saw its most horrific long term example in the Iran/Iraq war.
Supplying such conflicts which lead to wide scale civilian deaths and
destruction of infrastructure and services is also an excuse to enter the
country for 'peace keeping'. Once this has been achieved, either through the
former colonial State or via a collaboration of countries (such as the co-alition
presently occupying Iraq subsequent to UN resolutions legitimizing the
occupation) usually following an orchestrated UN resolution, allows a full
process of control to take over, each national institution falling under the
'assistance' of the 'international community' (i.e. the neo-colonial
establishment).
The arms trade, is also a reason to put a country in debt and further control it
(not its puppet leader who never usually suffers, but rather its impoverished
civilians) due arms trading barriers to supply of aid etc. This also highlights
the need to involve an intermediary country in the trading so that the blame can
not rest on the external country deriving benefit.
